This Privacy Policy explains how Consult Construct CRV SRL ("CRV Management", "we", "us") handles the personal data collected through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.

2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to share with us, plus limited technical information needed to run the site securely.

  • Information you provide. When you contact us through the form on our Contact page, or by email or phone, we collect the details you send us — your name, email address, phone number, your preferred contact time, and the content of your message.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical data — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view — in server logs, to keep the site running and secure.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data (such as health, financial or identity-document details) through this website.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We do not profile visitors or share your browsing behaviour with third parties for marketing purposes.

The only thing stored on your device is a temporary draft of the contact form: while you fill it in, your browser keeps what you have typed in its local session storage, so an accidental reload does not lose your message. This draft never leaves your browser, is not sent to us, and clears automatically when you send the message or close the tab.

If we introduce optional analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

4. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before a possible contract — legal basis: steps prior to a contract, or your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a)).
  • To keep the website secure, available and working correctly — legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To comply with legal obligations where they apply — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary:

  • with service providers who help us run the website and deliver your enquiries to us (for example our hosting and email providers), who may only process the data on our instructions;
  • with public authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the personal data you send us only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records and any legal obligations, after which it is deleted. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • restrict or object to how we use it;
  • receive it in a portable format;
  • where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
