Everything your project needs.

From the first concept to the final handover, CRV Management provides the full range of construction management services to keep your project moving — on time and on budget.

What we do

Two core services, delivered by specialised, authorised people — for any type of investment, at any stage of the build.

Site supervision

Authorised technical inspection

Through our team and collaborators, we provide authorised site supervision for civil, industrial, and agricultural construction — across all importance categories (A, B, C and D) — covering both structure and architecture and the building-services (MEP) works.

Project management

Construction consultancy & technical assistance

Complete management, technical assistance, and consultancy for any type of investment, at any stage — design brief, design, budgeting, permitting, tendering, contracting, works supervision, cost settlement, and acceptance, through to dismantling, land registration, and energy audit.

Site supervision is a legal safeguard

In Romania, the site supervisor is the person the Client entrusts to verify that materials meet standards and that works are executed correctly, according to the project. It is a role defined and required by law — so the checks that protect your investment aren't a courtesy, they're an obligation.

What your supervisor must do — by law

  • Verify that construction materials and products meet quality standards — and prohibit any that don't.
  • Check the building permit is valid and that the works match the approved design.
  • Verify the ISC-endorsed quality-control programme and its "determining phases."
  • Attend and sign off the determining-phase inspections before works may continue.
  • Report any irregularity, non-conformity, or inaccuracy to the Client immediately.
  • Prohibit technically unapproved technologies and non-conforming materials.
  • Keep a qualified, authorised presence on site throughout the works.

The legal framework

  • Law 10/1995Quality in construction
  • Law 50/1991Authorisation of construction works
  • HG 766/1997Importance categories of buildings
  • OG 63/2001Establishing the State Construction Inspectorate (ISC)
  • HG 492/2018State quality control & ISC organisation
  • Order 1496/2011Authorisation of site supervisors (with amendments 277/2012 & 3482/2013)

Each authorised for the relevant construction categories, republished and amended as in force.
